CmR Education individual mini trainings

For a culture of learning, collaboration and respect

In every organization or team in education, communication forms the basis of working together. Yet in daily practice, we notice how often we miss each other in language, tone, or intention. Well-meant words are interpreted differently, assumptions replace real contact, and little walls of misunderstanding silently arise. These patterns obstruct collaboration, learning and innovation.

Communicating with Respect (CmR) helps to make these patterns visible and to break through them. It invites reflection on what is really happening in the contact underneath the words, in our posture, and in the interaction between people. CmR distinguishes itself from other theories and trainings because it focuses on the relationship  on what takes place between people. This focus not only provides insight, but has direct impact in daily work. The method makes tangible how quickly we lose connection due to pressure, expectations or old beliefs  and how we can return to openness and curiosity.

CmR is developed from insights in Transactional Analysis, Systemic Work, Nonviolent Communication and the Rose of Leary. It combines theory and practice in an accessible form that supports both individuals and teams to communicate more consciously, more equally, and more constructively.

It is not a traditional training, but a reflection tool and learning process that is directly applicable in work contexts. Participants learn to observe what happens in the interaction, how positions and dynamics arise, and how they can speak and listen from their authentic place.

By working with CmR, individual awareness grows, and at the same time the collective capacity of a team or organization to learn and adapt. Step by step a culture emerges in which respectful communication becomes natural  a foundation for learning, collaboration and sustainable relationships.
