Communicating with Respect (CmR) is a method for learning together about relating; about making real contact, with yourself and with others.

Whether it’s about collaboration, knowledge sharing, or everyday interaction: only when we are truly in contact can we work together with focus and without relational noise.

CmR offers insight into how we move in and out of contact in an appreciative way and provides practical tools to reconnect when contact is lost.

The method is based on Transactional Analysis and Leary’s Rose, enriched with insights from the systemic perspective.

The workshop is varied, playful, and in-depth, a mix of theory and practice using real-life situations from your own work environment.

Confronting and compassionate at the same time: you’ll experience what it’s like to communicate from different positions and to experiment with your own behaviour.

Afterwards, the team will have concrete tools and a shared language to stay in contact and collaborate more effectively.

The workshop is led by an experienced trainer and can be tailored to one or two sessions, depending on your needs.
