Communicating with Respect (CmR) is a method for learning together about relationships — about making real contact, with yourself and with others. Whether it’s about collaboration, sharing knowledge, or living together: only when we are truly in contact can we work together attentively and without interference.
On our website, you’ll find a format for applying CmR with larger groups. Intervision is usually done in small groups of six to seven people, aimed at safely sharing and exploring real-life cases and experiences. With the right guidance and a suitable format, it is also possible to use an intervision-based approach with larger groups or entire departments — without compromising psychological safety. We have applied this method in various organizations, with groups ranging from 15 to 60 participants.
These sessions fit seamlessly with the CmR workshops and help to deepen and embed CmR within teams or departments. Repeating them regularly creates a shared language and sustainably changes the way people work together.
