𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀

Societal change requires inner development, because structures can only shift when the people within them are able to carry that change from within.

This third session focuses on the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). We will explore how the IDGs can support work on themes such as poverty, housing and climate. We reflect on what it means to make inner development a starting point for sustainable collective change.

As Compass-ion, we have contributed to an ESC Systemic Co-design Hub on IDGs and Higher Education, with the aim of bringing this integration into education. This session connects to a podcast series that was released as the closing contribution of the Professorship on Authentic Leadership.
