Good relationships form the basis for learning, collaboration and living together. In every context. At home, in organisations, in teams, in education and in professional interaction. The quality of our contact determines the space for growth, understanding and development.
Communicating with Respect (CmR) is a method to explore how we relate, how we move in and out of contact, and how what we intend to convey can actually land with the other person. Not through techniques, but through awareness, insight and recognising patterns.
In this session we look into the two underlying dimensions present in every relationship:
the movement between above and below, and the movement between inward and outward orientation.
We explore how to communicate from real contact, especially in the speed and pressure of daily life, where stress, assumptions, positions and hierarchy can create distance.
How do we stay in contact so that what we mean truly arrives?
