𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 – 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Prometheus stole fire from the gods and brought it to humanity. From that moment on, technology became more than a tool. It became a question of responsibility, power, and what it means to be human.

This online session is explicitly an invitation to dialogue. Starting from a short introduction, we explore the theme of authentic leadership and technology from different perspectives. Not to reach quick conclusions, but to jointly examine, through dialogue, what is truly at stake.

We reflect on the impact of social media and AI, on young people and on ourselves. Social media creates the suggestion of choice and connection, while in practice we are often mainly reinforced in existing beliefs and desires. Connection appears effortless, with the risk that we are unlearning how to truly connect.

AI exposes a simple yet sharp question: convenience or effort, repetition or creation?

Technology is not the enemy. It is neutral. It amplifies what is already present. Our tendency to avoid discomfort. Our difficulty in carrying freedom. Our flight into absence.

What does this ask of us in education, in organizations, and in leadership? How do we learn to relate to technology again, without losing ourselves?
