Being human begins by being consciously present with what is truly there.

For my farewell at Inholland, three podcasts were recorded. One of them focused on authentic leadership and education.

From Compass-ion we now organise a live online session on this topic. We will explore personal development within education and share concrete examples. We will also work with the Partnership Radar, a dialogue instrument that supports meaningful conversations between students and lecturers.
