On February 11, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, Compass-ion, partner within the ESC network (Systemic Co-design), will host an online session on personal development in education.
Together with Senka Rebac, involved with Compass-ion and affiliated as a researcher at Inholland and ESC, we will explore what authentic leadership means in everyday educational practice. We will share concrete examples of how personal development takes shape within educational contexts.
At the heart of this session lies the conviction that the core of education does not primarily reside in methods or systems, but in the quality of the relationship between teacher and learner. It is within this relationship that space for learning, reflection, and development emerges.
During the session, we will take a closer look at the Partnership Radar, a dialogue tool that supports teachers and students in engaging in meaningful conversations, particularly where tension exists between rules and space.
