𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 – 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Authentic leadership is the search for the best version of yourself in relation to this world. Not as an idealized image, but in concrete action, in the work you do, in the relationships you maintain, and the choices you make.

This requires inquiry in your own practice. That is why twice a year a small guided group starts (maximum six participants).

We work together for half a year, seven sessions, with one monthly session of about 1,5 hours. In between, there are assignments, reflections and, when needed, individual sessions. All meetings take place online. The process is intensive and highly tailored: I offer the frame, yet I follow the questions, ambitions and developmental direction of the group in what is needed.
